Founder and Creative Director of Alinato Events

Alyssa Pettinato is the founder and creative director of Alinato Events, a New York–based luxury wedding planning and event design firm known for producing sophisticated, highly personalized celebrations in New York City and destination locations.

With more than a decade of experience in event production, Alyssa has built a reputation for leading complex, design-forward weddings with calm precision and a thoughtful approach to guest experience. Her work focuses on creating celebrations that feel both elevated and deeply personal — events where every detail has intention and every guest feels considered.

Alyssa founded Alinato Events with the belief that exceptional weddings require more than beautiful décor. They require strategic planning, trusted vendor partnerships, and a planner who can translate a client’s vision into a seamless and unforgettable experience. Today, the firm specializes in full-service luxury wedding planning, managing every aspect of the planning process from venue selection and design development to logistics, production, and wedding weekend execution.

Prior to launching Alinato Events, Alyssa worked in large-scale event production and marketing, producing events for major brands and organizations including programs connected to the Big East Conference, Volvo, and PepsiCo. That experience shaped her highly organized planning style and her ability to manage complex events with many moving parts — skills that now translate directly into the seamless execution of multi-day wedding celebrations and high-profile private events.

Under Alyssa’s leadership, Alinato Events has become known for a planning process that is both highly strategic and deeply collaborative. Clients value her ability to guide them through the planning process with clarity and confidence while ensuring the final celebration reflects their personality, priorities, and aesthetic.

Her work and expertise have been featured in publications including Brides, Bloomberg, The New York Times, USA Today, and PartySlate, where she has been recognized for her insights on wedding planning, event design, and modern celebration trends.

Alyssa holds two degrees from Pennsylvania State University, including a Bachelor of Science in Psychology — a background that informs her thoughtful approach to working with clients, families, and vendors throughout the planning process.

Outside of weddings, Alyssa is a dedicated supporter of animal welfare and frequently volunteers with organizations focused on animal rescue. Her dog Butters occasionally makes an appearance during planning sessions and has become a beloved unofficial member of the Alinato team.

Today, Alyssa continues to lead Alinato Events with a focus on elevated design, seamless execution, and a planning experience that feels as effortless as the celebration itself.

Diana specialized in Luxury Brand Management within the hospitality industry. She has worked with renowned luxury hotels worldwide. Her international experience also includes coordinating destination weddings and group events in Thailand. Diana is deeply passionate about creating seamless, memorable experiences, with a strong focus on understanding and exceeding clients’ expectations—especially on the most meaningful days of their lives. With a strong appreciation for the arts—including dance, music, painting, acrobatics, and photography—Diana brings a creative eye and meticulous attention to detail to every event. Her artistic perspective allows her to value not only the final result, but also the beauty of the process behind every event.
